If you are not satisfied with your purchase from pennfishings.com, we offer free returns and refunds within 30 days of your order date, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and meets the criteria listed below.
Please note that if you purchased your product from an authorized pennfishings dealer or retailer, that dealer’s or retailer’s return policy applies. Please contact them directly for details regarding their return process.

Is your item eligible for a free return?
To qualify for a free return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The product must correspond to an order placed on pennfishings.com.
The returned item must be a non-customized product, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
pennfishings does not accept returns for products not purchased directly from pennfishings.com. If the product was purchased from an authorized dealer or retailer, their return policy applies; please contact them directly for further information.
All returns must be processed through our return portal within 30 days of the original purchase date. Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
All returns must include a packing slip. You will receive a packing slip after submitting your return request.
All returns must be dropped off at a UPS drop-off location. If you are unable to use a UPS drop-off location, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We will notify you via email once we receive your return. Please allow up to 10 business days for refund processing after receipt; refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. pennfishings does not offer store credit or gift cards in exchange for returns.
