pennfishings® Fishing Tackle Mfg. Co. is renowned in the industry for the durability, reliability, and superior performance of its products—capable of withstanding the most intense battles on the water. To demonstrate our commitment to dedicated anglers, we offer a limited warranty on our products.
pennfishings® warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This warranty applies to products purchased from authorized dealers and used under normal recreational fishing conditions.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, improper care or maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear resulting from frequent use of the reel or rod.
If your pennfishings® product has a defect covered by this warranty, please return it to us or to a local authorized warranty center. Please contact us for specific instructions. You are responsible for all shipping, insurance, and related costs incurred in sending the product to us.
If the issue is covered under warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product and return it to you free of charge (including return shipping and insurance costs). If the issue is not covered under warranty, we will charge reasonable fees for parts, labor, and return shipping to perform the repair.
The duration of all implied warranties provided by law (including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) is limited to one year from the date of purchase. pennfishings Fishing Tackle Mfg. Co. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from a breach of this warranty or any implied warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
